**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform daily cash opening and closing.
* Process service order billing, issue invoices and bank slips (boletos).
* Receive payments via credit accounts—including bank slips (boletos), installment plans (carnês), and various negotiations.
* Provide in-person customer service and support the sales team by clarifying questions regarding payments and billing.
* Provide online support to the sales team for sending bank slips (boletos) and debt reports.
* Print or manually fill out payment receipts.
* Operate card machines; register and manage checks.
* Record payments in the system, issue receipts, and verify financial documents such as promissory notes and checks.
* Verify payment dates and terms according to completed sales.
* Verify received amounts and change given to customers.
* Resend invoice files, bank slips (boletos), and return documents upon request.
* Support store operators in collection processes.
* Train and supervise new employees on internal cash handling procedures.
* Monitor and support operational processes within the Finance Department’s Accounts Receivable area.
* Identify operational errors and assist in resolving failures in collection and billing processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education (college degree in Administration or related fields preferred, either in progress or completed).
* Public-facing service experience, administrative routines, document organization, use of internal systems, spreadsheet development, team support, correspondence control, and operational support.
* Organization, proactivity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, agility, good interpersonal relationships, ability to work in teams, and responsibility.
