**Automotive Wheel Alignment Technician** **We are seeking an Automotive Wheel Alignment Technician for Belo Horizonte:** **Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting axle geometry inspections and assessments of tire wear and balance; * Performing tire inspections with a focus on wear patterns; * Evaluating the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and checking for excessive play in axle hubs; * Inspecting vehicle suspension and braking systems, as well as performing 3D alignment and balancing; * Familiarity with multiple vehicle brands; * Carrying out general greasing and lubrication tasks according to scheduled plans or upon request; * Diagnosing passenger vehicles and performing part replacements, suspension repairs, steering system repairs, brake repairs, tire balancing, tire replacement, wheel alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assisting in organizing the workplace, maintaining equipment and tools used in daily operations, and keeping the work area clean and orderly; * Complying with company-established safety regulations; * Communicating with tire shops regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other duties; suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, and automotive air conditioning cleaning/maintenance/repair; * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by departmental needs. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or technical training in wheel alignment; * Driver’s license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto service centers—this role focuses specifically on wheel alignment, not engine mechanics; * Completion of a 3D alignment course is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team environment; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating genuine interest in assisting customers with any questions or concerns.
