Discrimination in any form is strictly prohibited in our workplace.** #### **About the Role:** * Being an HR professional involves managing and developing recruitment, selection, training, benefits, and personnel administration processes to support organizational goals and foster an efficient and harmonious work environment. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection for candidates across various hierarchical levels. * Lead individual and group interviews. * Prepare and analyze HR performance indicator reports. * Implement and coordinate training and development programs. * Address conflicts and labor-related issues. * Participate in projects and initiatives related to organizational culture. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Residency in Santo Antônio do Monte or nearby regions. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health plan * Dental plan * Trainee program * Discount on proprietary brand products * Performance-based bonuses #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday.
