We are seeking a **Junior Finance Analyst** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and perform bank reconciliation, allocating financial resources according to internal processes. * Update and analyze customer records to ensure accuracy in the process and security in the Company’s commercial operations. * Control and analyze incurred expenses and their supporting documentation. * Post customer receivables in the management system. * Perform accounts payable activities, preparing a weekly payment forecast report and monitoring available versus paid amounts. * Execute the process for foreign currency payment order availability, identifying financial values in the banking system and informing the External Market Sales team to arrange cargo release. * Analyze documentation related to the process to ensure accurate controls for compliance with legal requirements, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions regarding foreign exchange negotiation and settlement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in the finance area. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Willingness to work on-site at our unit in São Sebastião do Oeste/MG. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 800. * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. * Health insurance (Unimed or Hapvida). * Dental plan (Bradesco). * Life insurance. * Wellhub (Gympass). * Short-Term Incentive Plan (ICP). * Transportation allowance with 2% payroll deduction. * Partnerships with educational institutions for discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses. **CostaFoods Brasil: Minas Roots, Global Strength!** Founded in 1999 in the heart of Minas Gerais, in São Sebastião do Oeste, CostaFoods Brasil emerged from the simple yet fertile soil of Brazil’s interior, growing with the mission of taking Minas’ roots to inspire the world.
