At Colacor, we manufacture the finishing materials used in the most beautiful construction projects across Minas Gerais — abrasives, paints, and premium woodworking products. Every detail produced here matters, as it ends up in someone’s home, furniture, or project. We seek someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes care of everything they handle, and understands that organization and meticulousness in production make a difference in the final result. Your daily responsibilities will include: Receiving and inspecting goods, ensuring all incoming items are correct before being placed in inventory Organizing and maintaining the warehouse, with each item properly stored and easily accessible Sharpening production tools, keeping equipment in optimal working condition Participating in abrasive production following Colacor’s production line procedures Handling and preparing paints and finishes with strict attention to dosages and safety regulations What we expect from you: Completed high school education Prior experience in production, warehousing, or industrial roles (preferred but not mandatory) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills — you never leave tasks half-finished Physical stamina for material handling activities Residence in Divinópolis or nearby areas What we offer: Competitive salary Transportation allowance Meal allowance Formal employment under CLT labor law A growing company If you take pride in meticulous work and want to grow within a company that values proactive individuals — **apply now.** The selection process is simple and fast.
