




We are looking for a **Fiscal/Billing Assistant** to join our team! The professional will be responsible for performing activities related to issuing and receiving invoices, registering CT-es and other administrative and fiscal routines within the billing department. **Main responsibilities:** * Issue outgoing invoices; * Process incoming supplier invoices; * Register and input CT-es; * Verify tax and fiscal data on documents; * Support administrative routines and document control within the department; * Maintain organization and control over billing operations. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in billing, administrative or fiscal areas; * Knowledge of issuing and processing invoices and CT-es; * Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable; * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of CFOP, CST, ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS; * Experience in the industrial sector will be an advantage.
