Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized E-commerce Analyst to manage digital sales platforms, with a focus on SHOPEE, track orders, and monitor sales metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Order tracking and sales performance monitoring We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to manage our digital sales platforms, primarily focusing on SHOPEE. We seek someone proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: \* Manage and update the virtual store on Shopee \* List and optimize products \* Track orders, manage shipments, and provide customer support \* Monitor sales metrics and performance And more Requirements: \* Proven experience in e\-commerce management \* Experience with the Shopee platform \* Proficiency in computer applications Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM We offer attendance-based incentives as follows: \* Monthly basic food basket \+ R$100.00 \* Monthly R$300.00 cash prize draw for all who received the food basket; five winners will be selected \* After three consecutive months without absences, a basic food basket \+ R$200.00 These incentives apply even during the probationary period; eligibility requires only good attendance and completion of 30 working days. Deductions from salary will be limited to INSS and transportation allowance (if applicable).
