Job Summary: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for product picking, verification, packaging, and organization, ensuring traceability and continuous material flow, while adhering to safety and quality procedures. Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail ### **Description** • Pick, verify, and package finished products according to orders and production schedules. • Correctly label and identify packages and shipments for dispatch. • Load and unload transport vehicles safely and efficiently using material handling equipment (e.g., manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, etc.). • Organize and maintain the shipping area inventory, ensuring product traceability. • Complete and manage shipping documents, such as invoices, delivery manifests, and cargo manifests. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuous material flow. • Conduct periodic inventories of the shipping area. • Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. • Follow company-established safety and quality procedures. • Report any discrepancies or issues related to shipping. ### **Requirements** • Completed High School education; • Prior proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in related roles (verified via work record book or references); • Knowledge of shipping routines, material verification, packaging, and loading; • Proficiency in using data collectors and/or inventory control systems; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); • Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime, as required; • Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Attendance bonus: 3% of salary * Flash Reward Card: R$600.00 * Dental Plan – Bradesco Dental * Vacation return bonus: 50% of the minimum wage. * Health insurance: optional, with monthly premium deducted from payroll if the employee chooses to enroll
