Description

Job Summary: The professional will handle raw material receipt and inspection, operate and monitor fiber opening and cleaning equipment, and ensure productive flow and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor equipment for fiber opening, cleaning, and blending. 2. Ensure correct identification of raw material batches. 3. Collaborate to achieve production and quality targets. Receive and inspect raw material bales. Feed machines in the opening room. Operate equipment for fiber opening, cleaning, and blending. Monitor machine operation during the process. Perform simple adjustments as instructed. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities. Assist in cleaning machines and the workplace. Remove process residues and waste. Control feed flow into the production line. Ensure correct identification of raw material batches. Follow operational procedures and safety regulations. Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Record production information when required. Collaborate to achieve production and quality targets.
