




Job Summary: This role involves retaining affiliates through proactive outreach, providing updates, and addressing needs to foster satisfaction and collect referrals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain affiliate loyalty and success through proactive outreach and updates. 2. Promote services/products and fulfill needs to prevent cancellation of membership. 3. Conduct satisfaction surveys and request qualified referrals. * Ensure recurring revenue by fostering affiliate loyalty—specifically for those with outstanding debts of 1 to 9 months—through proactive, periodic outreach to identify any issues and support their successful utilization of offered services/products; * Generate demand by delivering updates and communicating innovations and improvements to offered services/products, aiming to maintain and nurture the affiliate relationship; * Understand benefits provided by active partners, being fully informed about negotiated terms and commercial strategies, enabling clear and confident presentation to affiliates; * Address affiliate needs prior to potential cancellation by proactively contacting them to present offered services/products, thereby promoting awareness and accessibility to available benefits; * Conduct satisfaction surveys using simple, structured questionnaires to deeply understand the affiliate’s profile, experiences, pain points, desires, and behavioral drivers; * Request prospect referrals after each interaction by asking the affiliate whether they know someone with similar needs to their own—yielding highly qualified leads for the sales team.
