Serve and assist customers courteously **About the job:** ----------------- As a bakery assistant, you will assist in and prepare breads, measure ingredients, handle doughs, maintain order, organization, and overall kitchen cleanliness, and assist in food processing. **Mandatory requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Must be at least 18 years old. **Desirable requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in bakeries or confectioneries; * Basic knowledge of baking techniques; * Ability to work in a team; * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Assist the baker in preparing doughs, breads, cakes, and other bakery products; * Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes; * Operate bakery machinery and equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough mixers; * Assist in decorating and assembling confectionery products; * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace; * Receive and store ingredients and finished products appropriately; * Maintain inventory control and assist in placing supply orders; * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards; * Serve and assist customers courteously and efficiently. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentives for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site snacks. ### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift from Monday to Friday.
