**General Job Description:** The Pharmacy Sales Associate is responsible for providing direct customer service at the store counter, selling medications and related products under technical supervision, organizing the workplace, restocking goods, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. The role operates under the guidance of the responsible pharmacist, ensuring compliance with health regulations and internal company procedures. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person at the counter with courtesy and attention, providing basic product information and conducting sales in accordance with company guidelines; * Execute active promotional campaigns at the point of sale, following instructions from leadership and the marketing department; * Properly store medications and related products after system registration, respecting expiration dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions; * Restock products on shelves and displays, maintaining organization and visibility of merchandise; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of assigned sections, customer service areas, kitchen, and other store facilities as scheduled or needed; * Assist in store opening and closing procedures, following established operational protocols; * Identify and separate expired or near-expiry medications, reporting to responsible personnel for appropriate handling; * Guide customers regarding discount programs, benefits, and special purchase conditions; * Promptly report any workplace abnormalities such as system failures, equipment issues, lighting, or structural problems; * Keep shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly priced, with products organized by category; * Work under the direct supervision of the responsible pharmacist and/or manager, ensuring that controlled substances are verified prior to sale in compliance with current health legislation.
