If you possess leadership qualities, management experience, and enjoy challenges, this could be your opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the team and ensure smooth operation of the polo; Monitor and support students' academic journey, ensuring a high-quality experience; Manage administrative and operational processes of the unit; Assist in student recruitment and retention by implementing strategic initiatives; Ensure compliance with institutional goals and guidelines; Provide service to students, parents/guardians, and partners; Prepare performance reports and propose improvements for the polo. **Requirements:** Minimum of **1 year** of experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (fields such as Management, Administration, Pedagogy, or related disciplines are preferred); Skills in people management, public service, and problem-solving; Strong communication, organizational, and proactive abilities; Basic computer literacy and familiarity with management tools. **Work Schedule** Employment Type: CLT – Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (44 hours per week).
