**Main Responsibilities** * Manage carrier contracts and performance (SLA, delivery times, incidents, returns, and damages); * Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with regional and national carriers; * Conduct critical analysis of logistics costs and propose expense reduction plans; * Monitor daily shipping planning, tracking deliveries via TMS; * Coordinate the freight quotation, contracting, and auditing process; * Develop logistics performance indicators (OTIF, cost per kg, lead time, among others); * Ensure carriers' documental and operational compliance; * Work on continuous improvement of transportation processes, route planning, and cargo consolidation; * Support related departments (Sales, Operations, and Finance) in handling logistics incidents. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration**, or related fields; * Proven experience in **carrier management and road transportation operations**; * Knowledge of **TMS, advanced Excel, and logistics performance metrics**; * Experience with **freight costs, freight rate tables, tracking, and invoice auditing**; * Desired knowledge in **WMS and route optimization tools**.
