Job Summary: This role involves delivering and developing training, assessing needs, and administering performance evaluations to ensure program effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct and develop in-person and online training 2. Assess training needs and program effectiveness 3. Promote the use of facilitator competencies to disseminate knowledge **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver existing training programs; * Prepare necessary infrastructure for training delivery; * Develop and review training materials, including lesson plans, manuals, presentations, and e\-learning modules; * Lead in-person and online training sessions; * Assess employee training needs in collaboration with leadership, health and safety, and the University; * Administer and review post\-training performance evaluations to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to programs; * Implement and promote the use of facilitator competencies to disseminate knowledge, encouraging collaboration and experience sharing among participants; * Register all training schedules, accomplishments, and attendance lists in the University portal; * Report training-related metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge: The training instructor must have operational environment experience and practical expertise in risk perception; * Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: The instructor must be able to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, understanding participants’ diverse needs and learning paces; * Adaptability and Flexibility: Must be agile and flexible to adjust teaching approaches based on participant feedback and training circumstances. **Selection Process Steps** * Application * Assessments * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in service outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), and workforce solutions.
