




The HR Supervisor with a focus on Culture and Internal Marketing will be responsible for strengthening organizational identity, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring that the company’s values, purpose, and practices are present in teams’ daily activities. They will serve as a bridge between management, HR, and employees, developing strategies and initiatives that reinforce a healthy, motivating, and organizationally aligned work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, coordinate, and implement organizational culture programs, ensuring alignment with stated values, purpose, and expected behaviors. * Plan and execute internal marketing, internal communication, and institutional campaign initiatives. * Create and lead internal corporate events (onboarding, recognition, commemorative dates, climate campaigns, etc.). * Monitor organizational climate, engagement, internal communication, and employee satisfaction metrics. * Lead internal surveys (e.g., internal NPS, climate surveys, pulse checks, 360° feedback) and propose action plans. * Produce internal content (newsletters, announcements, videos, campaigns, visual materials). * Support leaders in disseminating cultural and communication practices. * Act as a culture steward, ensuring consistency between rhetoric and practice across all company areas. * Develop strategies for employee recognition and appreciation. * Coordinate diversity, inclusion, and internal social initiatives (where applicable). * Manage the annual calendar of internal campaigns. * Track trends and best practices in culture and employee experience. **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Solid experience in internal marketing, organizational culture, internal communication, or related areas. * Proficiency in writing, campaign creation, and communication planning. * Creative, strategic, collaborative profile with strong interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. * Strong organizational, project management, and performance metric analysis skills.
