Job Summary: Collection Operator responsible for collecting, verifying, and sorting materials; operating a vehicle; and interacting with customers, all while adhering to safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collection and organization of materials according to established and optimized routes and procedures. 2. Safe and responsible operation of the company vehicle and professional interaction with customers. 3. Vehicle maintenance and strict compliance with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE). ### **Description** Duties and Responsibilities: • Collect materials at designated locations following pre\-established and optimized routes to ensure operational efficiency. • Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, complying with traffic laws and internal regulations during collection and delivery trips. • Verify collected materials by type, quantity, and packaging condition in accordance with standard operating procedures. • Ensure correct identification and separation of collected materials to prevent improper mixing or damage. • Complete collection documents and reports (physical or digital) clearly and accurately, recording information such as volume, weight, time, and incidents. • Maintain the work vehicle in good operating condition by performing basic safety checks (tires, brakes, lights) and reporting maintenance needs. • Interact professionally and courteously with customers and suppliers at collection points, representing the company. • Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout all activity stages. • Report any irregularities, accidents, or hazardous situations to immediate supervision. • Collaborate with the team and other departments to optimize processes and ensure service quality. • Completed high school education. • Proven prior experience in the role of Collection Operator or similar positions in operational settings. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). • Knowledge of and practical experience with occupational safety procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Availability to work rotating shifts and/or weekends, as required by operational needs.
