Leading expansion into new states Operations / Logistics Director (Contractor) Divinópolis/MG – 100% On-site A logistics, transportation, and express delivery company operating in 7 states and undergoing geographic expansion seeks an Operations Director to lead and structure the entire operational area. Key Responsibilities: * Full management of logistics and transportation operations * Process structuring, review, and standardization * Implementation of performance indicators and control routines * Identification and correction of operational failures * Leading expansion into new states * Development and supervision of operational leadership * Close collaboration with units and field operations * Direct reporting to the President Team Under Management: * Approximately 160 employees * 1 Transportation Manager * 1 Logistics Manager * 1 Logistics Coordinator (Bahia) Requirements: Requirements: * Solid experience in logistics and transportation * Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments * Proven track record in process structuring and operational improvement * Strong decision-making ability and structured leadership skills * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
