Job Opening: Production Leader | Focus on Wood We are looking for a Production Leader with experience in industrial wood/millwork processes to coordinate production activities, ensure quality, and lead the team on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and guide the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring results; * Plan and monitor production, ensuring deadlines, quality, and productivity; * Operate, adjust, and monitor the operation of department machinery, including CNC; * Interpret technical drawings and support the team in correctly manufacturing parts; * Monitor the production of wood items (e.g., boards, lids, and components for household utilities); * Ensure department organization, compliance with safety regulations, and proper equipment usage; * Drive continuous improvement of production processes. Requirements: * Proven experience in industrial production/millwork; * Prior experience as a production leader or supervisor; * Knowledge of CNC (operation and basic programming); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Responsible, organized profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in large-scale production; * Knowledge of production performance indicators; * Proactivity and ability to develop people.
