Experience with WMS (TOTVS) and digital transformation Description: * Coordinate receiving, storage, shipping, and product verification operations; * Ensure on-time delivery, service level compliance, and achievement of operational targets; * Monitor logistics KPIs; * Conduct continuous analysis of logistics processes, proposing improvements and automation; * Manage the operational team, promoting training, feedback, and employee development; * Validate and oversee cyclic and general inventories, analyzing discrepancies and adjusting processes; * Support digital transformation initiatives, such as WMS and automation systems. Requirements: Proven experience leading teams in the logistics area; Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite) and practical knowledge of logistics software WMS (TOTVS); Ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics Technology, or related fields;
