We are seeking a **Communication and Brand Coordinator** You will lead the Communication and Brand Portfolio Strategy, ensuring correct positioning, strategic coherence, and consistent application of corporate and commercial brands across all touchpoints, strengthening reputation, competitive differentiation, and business value generation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee brand architecture, governance, positioning, and performance across the group, ensuring clear role definitions among the corporate brand, commercial brands, and new brands or business initiatives — aligned with Marketing Management. * Lead, develop, and engage the team under your responsibility, fostering a culture oriented toward strategy, consistency, collaboration, and excellence in execution. * Define, evolve, and coordinate the brand architecture, ensuring alignment between the corporate brand and commercial brands. Establish the strategic role, positioning, and scope of operation for each brand in the portfolio. * Lead brand creation, launch, expansion, or repositioning processes — including product lines and sub-brands — in close coordination with other Marketing, Sales, and R\&D teams. * Ensure correct strategic positioning and consistent brand application across all market touchpoints, including media, points of sale, events, and trade marketing activities. * Define and coordinate the content strategy for portfolio brands, ensuring alignment with positioning and strategic audiences. Coordinate brand presence across institutional and digital channels, including owned platforms, social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications. * Collaborate closely with Market Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a data-driven, consistent brand positioning reflected both at the point of sale and in the consumer experience. * Define and monitor brand, communication, and touchpoint execution KPIs. * Manage the department’s budget, ensuring strategic allocation across brands and initiatives in alignment with Marketing Management guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience in brand management, branding, and corporate communications, preferably within matrix organizational structures. * Proven leadership experience managing teams, partners, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and technical departments. * Willingness to work onsite at our Divinópolis/MG unit. * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and highway driving capability.
