




**Responsibilities:** Conduct daily visits within your operational area to prospect new clients (PAP); Achieve daily prospecting, service sales, and product sales targets; Manage a retail-profile client portfolio; Visit clients; Perform post-sales activities and periodic visits (delight and monetize); Build commercial networks and implement customer loyalty initiatives (thoroughly understand your operational region, opinion leaders, local influencers, and remain attentive to opportunities); Engage in customer recovery and retention efforts to enhance portfolio profitability; Participate in training programs and stay continuously updated on our products, processes, and services (demonstrate proactive leadership and self-leadership). **Requirements:** Completed high school education; a completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory; Experience in field sales; Experience negotiating with large-scale clients, sales, prospecting, and developing relationship-building and loyalty strategies; Possession of an established client portfolio within the region; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
