Monitor sales performance through reports to ensure target achievement. Ensure an excellent shopping experience, delighting and retaining customers. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
