Check below for more details about the **Scrum Master** role. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **You will:** * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective); * Remove impediments and ensure team flow; * Support the Product Owner in backlog management; * Promote agile culture and continuous improvement; * Monitor performance metrics and team progress; * Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders; * Support the organization and scalability of agile processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **You must have:** * Experience as a Scrum Master in technology teams; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar; * Strong communication and facilitation skills; * Experience in dynamic environments; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **You will receive:** * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Remuneration in euros (€), in a position linked to iCrop Portugal but operating in Brazil.
