Part Finishing Perform finishing, sanding, and burr removal on parts cut by CNC. Safely and correctly operate chipping hammers and manual sanders. Ensure parts are defect-free and ready for shipment or subsequent processes. 2. Quality Control Assist in visual inspection of parts, verifying dimensions, cuts, and finish. Identify defects and irregularities, and report deviations to the production supervisor. Ensure parts comply with customer-defined standards. 3. Sorting and Organization Sort parts according to purchase order, labeling, production order, or customer requirements. Maintain workplace organization by accurately identifying and grouping parts. Move parts using the overhead crane (when trained and authorized).
