




We are seeking an Auditor de Contas to work at our healthcare plan operator, ensuring the technical and financial analysis of medical and hospital bills submitted by the accredited network. The professional will be responsible for evaluating the compliance of procedures performed, ensuring adherence to regulations, and identifying opportunities for improvement in auditing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical and financial audits of medical and hospital bills; * Verify authorizations, forms, and clinical reports, ensuring alignment with ANS procedure lists and care protocols; * Validate billing compliance with contracts, reference fee schedules (AMB, CBHPM, TUSS, etc.) and operator regulations; * Identify inconsistencies, claim denials, and discrepancies, providing technical justification for findings; * Issue technical opinions and audit reports; * Support internal departments (such as provider network management, billing, and authorizations) in process standardization; * Contribute to continuous improvement in care quality and financial sustainability of the operator; * Conduct visits to hospitalized beneficiaries. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Nursing; * Active registration with the respective professional council; * Prior experience in medical/hospital bill auditing within a health plan operator, hospitals, or clinics; * Knowledge of medical fee schedules (AMB, CBHPM, TUSS) and healthcare management systems; * Understanding of ANS regulations and applicable guidelines; * Strong critical analysis, organizational, and communication skills; * Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Auditing, Healthcare Management, or related fields will be an advantage; * Experience in on-site (hospital) and document-based auditing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Own vehicle; * Availability for travel.
