Job Summary: The professional will organize and supervise laboratory activities, coordinate tests, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment, and guide the technical team. Organize and supervise laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and biosafety regulations; · Coordinate the performance of laboratory tests, ensuring the quality and reliability of results; · Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control; · Monitor the use, preservation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies; · Guide and supervise the technical team, promoting continuous training and adherence to ethical standards; · Assume technical and legal responsibility for laboratory operations before regulatory agencies and professional councils; · Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and applicable legislation.
