Opportunity to enhance processes and tools **Position: Technical Support/Implementation Analyst** Location: On-site – Divinópolis, MG Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **About Us:** With over 10 years of experience, we specialize in developing management software (ERP) tailored for Class Entities, Associations, CDLs, Trade Unions, Cooperatives, and Federations. We are expanding and seeking a dynamic professional to join our operational team. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via phone and WhatsApp. * Train users (clients) on system usage and new features; * Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and tools; * Handle and log tickets via the service desk system; **Requirements:** * Experience in customer support (Software Support); * Experience in System Implementation; * Intermediate SQL proficiency; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; **Preferred/Additional Qualifications:** * Knowledge of financial processes (chart of accounts, cost centers, and cash flow); **Requirements:** * Experience in customer support (Software Support); * Experience in System Implementation – will be a plus * Intermediate SQL proficiency; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.500,00 per month
