Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Technician to provide active technical support and assist strategic technology teams, delivering both on-site and remote support. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on network and fiber optic infrastructure We are looking for an **Infrastructure Technician** to actively deliver technical support and assist strategic technology teams. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct technical visits to clients * Provide on-site and remote technical support * Support the Infrastructure team with operational tasks * Assist the NOC team in monitoring and incident handling * Support the Activation team in service implementation * Contribute to the Network Intelligence team Support the Field team in technical activities * Behavioral Profile: * Adaptability to work across diverse environments, clients, and operational processes. * Strong communication skills for alignment with technical teams and client support. * Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve fiber optic network issues. * Attention to detail during installations, maintenance, and technical testing. * Knowledge of network infrastructure, including cable management, racks, and equipment.
