Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Assistant to provide user support for internal systems, with a focus on hospital ERP systems, SQL queries, and operational assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity in a hospital/healthcare environment We are looking for an IT Systems Assistant to provide user support for the institution’s internal systems, focusing on hospital ERP systems, database queries, and operational support to clinical and administrative departments. **Responsibilities:** * Provide user support for hospital systems/ERP; * Handle incident tickets related to these systems; * Execute basic database queries (SQL, preferably Oracle); * Support report generation and data extraction; * Monitor integrations among system modules; * Assist in analyzing systemic errors together with vendors; * Support user access control for systems; * Document procedures and applied solutions. **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in progress or completed in IT, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Experience providing user support; * Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge (queries, filters, joins, etc.); * Experience or exposure to ERP systems; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in healthcare (clinics, hospitals, laboratories); * Oracle database knowledge; * Experience with hospital ERP systems and/or health insurance operators (MV, Tasy, Soul MV, Sys\-R, etc.); * Familiarity with LGPD as applied to healthcare; * Basic knowledge of infrastructure and computer/printer maintenance.
