Responsibilities * Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to employees (on-site and remote) * Install, configure, and maintain equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.) * Administer and monitor networks, servers, backups, and infrastructure assets * Manage users and permissions (AD, emails, internal systems) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software * Document procedures, incidents, and IT inventory * Support the implementation of new technologies and internal IT projects \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Mandatory Requirements * Previous experience in technical support and/or IT infrastructure * Knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server) * Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewall, VPN, etc.) * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or Google Workspace * Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems * Knowledge of backup, antivirus, and information security * Good communication skills and problem-solving ability \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Desirable Qualifications (not mandatory) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with network/server monitoring tools Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.915.77 \- R$2\.500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
