Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to work across various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, people management, training and development (T&D), internal marketing (endomarketing), and HR administration. Focus on attraction, selection, and development #### **About the position:** * We are looking for an HR Analyst to work across various functions of the Human Resources department. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection activities. * Support people management and leadership. * Monitor training and development initiatives. * Plan and execute internal marketing (endomarketing) activities. * Handle HR administration routines. * Provide support for other administrative tasks within the department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HR management tools. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Must reside in Cláudio or nearby areas. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Discount on products of the company’s own brand * Performance-based bonus #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
