Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and tools, integrating electrical and mechanical knowledge to guarantee equipment reliability. Diagnosis and repair of failures in various machines Responsible for ensuring that machines and tools (e.g., generators, compressors, aerial work platforms, electric motors, pumps, electric tools, etc.) are in perfect working condition from both mechanical and electrical perspectives. This role integrates electrical and mechanical expertise to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance**, ensuring the reliability of equipment rented to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct periodic inspections, lubrication, filter and oil replacements, and inspection of wiring and electrical components to prevent failures during rental. * **Corrective Maintenance (Repairs):** Diagnose and repair failures in machines returned from rental or those exhibiting problems at the customer's site. * **Testing and Inspection (Check\-list):** Verify full equipment functionality (motors, control panels, hydraulic/electrical controls) before releasing it to a new customer. * **Installation and Assembly:** Perform equipment assembly and installation at the customer’s site when required. * **Failure Diagnosis:** Identify root causes of issues by interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturer manuals. * **Technical Documentation:** Issue reports on equipment condition and complete service orders. **Examples of Equipment Serviced:** * Power generators and electric motors. * Aerial work platforms and scissor lifts. * Air compressors and water pumps. * Construction electric tools (jackhammers, sanders).
