Come join our team as a **Mine Operations Supervisor!** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise mine development activities—including drilling, blasting, mucking, ground support, and equipping—to ensure compliance with project plans and operational safety; * Monitor and guide mining and haulage operations—including rock drilling, blasting, loading, ore and waste transportation, and face cleaning—to ensure process efficiency and safety; * Supervise mine infrastructure activities—including installation of pumping, ventilation, power, ground support, and refuge chambers—to ensure resource availability and functionality; * Assess working face conditions—checking structures, blast designs, fragmentation quality, ventilation, and floor conditions—to ensure safe continuation of operations; * Coordinate mine evacuations for blasting, ensuring employee safety and compliance with regulatory standards; * Prepare operational and incident reports, documenting relevant information regarding production, maintenance, safety, and operating conditions; * Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities, promoting workplace organization and cleanliness; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE, fostering a safety culture across teams; * Lead and coordinate work teams, promoting shift integration and operational continuity; * Act as a facilitator in implementing Human Resources and Safety tools, supporting team development and continuous process improvement; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership and operational needs. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Mining; * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising teams in underground mining; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Competencies** * Ownership mindset; * Communication; * Leadership by example; * Organization; * Process management; * People management
