Acts as a liaison between management and sales consultants/yard agents, monitoring the entire vehicle rental cycle from reservation to return. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and motivate sales consultants and customer service agents to achieve store objectives. * **Fleet Control:** Supervise vehicle availability, maintenance (preventive and corrective), cleaning, and fleet readiness for rental. * **Customer Service and Sales:** Oversee contract opening and closing processes, ensure excellence in customer service, and resolve high-level issues. * **Operational and Administrative Tasks:** Organize store routines, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), manage employee work schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies. * **Commercial Initiatives:** Analyze competitors, identify market opportunities, and support sales strategies and customer retention efforts.
