Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and managing engineering projects, supervising industrial construction works and third-party contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Development and interpretation of technical drawings Description: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in overseeing industrial construction projects. * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Experience in managing third-party contractors/subcontractors. * Knowledge of technical and safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35). * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Project for scheduling and timeline control. * Organized and deadline-oriented. * Good communication skills with internal departments and suppliers. * Lead engineering project implementation, including third-party contract management and monitoring of physical and financial progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Conduct technical studies; prepare descriptive memoranda, specifications, schedules, and investment proposals to support decision-making and departmental planning. * Perform technical evaluation of proposals to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and defined technical requirements. * Plan and supervise internal construction and renovation projects (walls, flooring, paving, partitions, ramps, electrical installations). * Read, interpret, and develop technical drawings (electrical and multidisciplinary). * Prepare progress reports, schedules, and service measurement documents. * Supervise third-party services to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. * Support updating of plant layouts and drawings in coordination with the Engineering team. * Produce or propose technical drawings and modifications using AutoCAD/Revit or similar tools. * Participate in alignment meetings with other departments. 2511120202181862681
