Come join our team as an **Electrical Maintenance Supervisor!** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and assign electrical team tasks, defining work fronts, priorities, and required resources; * Monitor task execution, ensuring adherence to the maintenance plan and operational quality;· Provide technical guidance to electricians and technicians; * Supervise installation and maintenance of outlets, panels, pumps, fans, compressors, and underground cables; * Track records of electrical incidents; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations; * Manage vacations, absenteeism, and working hours; * Conduct meetings and training sessions; * Support activities related to automation and technical improvements; * Perform tasks related to the electrical infrastructure of the underground mine; * Support the coordinator in analyzing deviations and making decisions regarding corrective actions to be implemented; * Perform other tasks as directed by management. **Requirements** * Experience in Electrical Maintenance Supervision in underground mining; * Knowledge of process and people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Technical background in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. **Competencies** * Ownership mindset * Communication * Leadership by example * Organization * Process management * People management
