Here, we have the best people—all united by the same purpose: transforming global education through technology and democratizing access. ❗ **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * A super fun and relaxed environment; * Continuous learning; * Exchange of ideas and references with professionals from different areas; * A REAL opportunity for growth; * Many challenges—but with a wonderful team to support you; Requirements: **❗ Your key responsibilities:** * Conduct recurring visits to client prison units, ensuring consistent on-site presence (weekly visits with an average stay of 3 days per unit); * Monitor in-person classes inside prisons, observing pedagogical practices and ensuring methodological alignment; * Interact with local pedagogues, supporting, advising, and identifying improvement opportunities across segments: Literacy, Elementary School I, Elementary School II, High School, and Vocational Education; * Lead pedagogical and operational meetings with unit teams; * Transport teaching materials, promotional items, and pedagogical kits (luggage/equipment); * Analyze educational and operational indicators, turning data into insights and action plans; * Apply strategic thinking to ensure excellence in execution and customer satisfaction; * Represent Young Geniuses during visits, monitoring activities, and alignment meetings with local managers; **❗Must-haves:** * Degree in Pedagogy or related fields in Education; * Practical experience working in prison units, preferably with hands-on involvement in classes or educational projects within the prison system; * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (rental cars used during travel); * Full availability for frequent travel, including multi-day stays on the road or in various cities; * Proficiency in basic performance analysis and educational indicators; * Strong verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to lead meetings.
