Come be part of our team as a **Maintenance Engineer!** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and manage the Maintenance Management System, defining strategies based on equipment criticality, assessing critical points in maintenance planning and control processes; * Perform analysis of Availability and Productivity Loss Profile based on data recorded in systems or specific reports; * Conduct analysis of maintenance indicators (DF, MTBF, and MTTTR) and planning indicators: Planning adherence, scheduling adherence, maintenance cost control; * Monitor service life of critical items through predictive studies and analyses; * Develop reports in Power BI for monitoring and managing maintenance processes; * Participate in failure analysis of equipment and their mechanical and electrical components, following criteria such as premature failure, significantly below expected service life, repetitive failures, and accidents. Conduct on-site inspections when necessary, complying with safety rules and area procedures; * Perform other tasks of similar nature or level of complexity related to their specialty or work environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in maintenance of underground mining equipment; * Experience in maintenance planning and control; * Knowledge of SAP; * Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI; * Failure Mode knowledge; * Must reside in Conceição do Pará or Pitangui. **Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinking, focused on effective solutions * Openness to continuous learning and professional development * Growth mindset * Information analysis
