Job Description: DATA SCIENTIST Location: Arujá – SP (100% on-site) Sector: Waste Management and Treatment What We Expect From You: At Grupo Renova, we seek a Data Scientist specialized in Artificial Intelligence, capable of transforming data into high-impact business solutions. This professional will take the lead in driving and developing AI projects—applying everything from custom models on low-code/no-code platforms to advanced architectures in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Your mission will be to build and deploy intelligent solutions that optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and generate strategic insights for decision-making—with a focus on innovation and scalability. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end AI projects—from design through deployment—ensuring outcomes align with business needs. * Build and apply AI models via no-code/low-code platforms, democratizing access and accelerating delivery of intelligent solutions. * Rapidly prototype and scale solutions using integrated low-code automation capabilities within corporate systems. * Develop customized machine learning and deep learning models for specific business applications. * Natural Language Processing (NLP): Design solutions for chatbots, semantic text analysis, and insight extraction. * Computer Vision: Implement image/video recognition and analysis systems applied to industrial operations. * Intelligent Automation: Create pipelines that replace manual processes and enhance productivity. * Research & Innovation: Track AI advancements, testing emerging no-code/low-code technologies and state-of-the-art models. Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Speed of delivery and scalability of no-code/low-code AI solutions. * Accuracy and reliability of deployed AI models. * Cost reduction and improvement in operational efficiency achieved through intelligent automation. * Adoption rate and user satisfaction across business units utilizing the implemented solutions. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Proven experience with no-code/low-code platforms applied to AI (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, DataRobot, Azure ML Studio, Google AutoML, Power Platform). * Proficiency in Python and AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV). * Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and LLMs (e.g., Transformers). * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment. * Familiarity with MLOps and model versioning. * Preferred: Experience in AI projects applied to industry, complex operations, or sustainability.
