Position: **E\-Commerce Assistant** **Job Description** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and analytically skilled **E\-Commerce Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing e\-commerce operations, supporting process optimization and overall performance improvement. If you enjoy challenges, pay close attention to detail, possess advanced Excel skills, and have creativity for working with Canva, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * **Respond to customer inquiries** via marketplace chat, delivering fast and high-quality service; * **Create and upload listings** on marketplaces, optimizing descriptions and images for greater visibility and conversion; * **Support management and executive leadership**, collaborating on strategic and operational tasks that ensure e\-commerce success. **Important Qualities:** * **Organization:** Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment; * **Autonomy:** Capacity to make decisions and solve problems independently while maintaining high performance standards. **Requirements:** * **Proficiency in Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) for report generation and analysis; * **Proficiency in Canva** for creating simple yet attractive visual assets; * **Strong written communication skills** for interacting with customers and team members; **Preferred Qualification:** * Prior experience in e\-commerce or related fields will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$ 200\) * Transportation allowance **About Us:** We are a rapidly growing e\-commerce business in the **home and décor** sector, committed to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
