




Job Summary: This role involves administrative and operational support in Human Resources, covering onboarding, offboarding, internal communication, occupational health, and corporate events. Key Highlights: 1. Full support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes 2. Activities in internal communication, internal marketing, and organizational culture 3. Assistance in occupational health and corporate event organization * Assist in the employee onboarding process by coordinating infrastructure requests to relevant departments, corporate identity items (ID badges, signatures, uniforms, etc.), and time clock registration; * Support the employee offboarding process by verifying the return of company assets and organizing required documentation; * Assist in initiatives related to internal communication, internal marketing, and culture dissemination, aligned with the business’s strategic guidelines, and submit appropriate template and design asset requests to the Marketing department; * Maintain HR departmental indicator spreadsheets using necessary information to adequately support management decision-making; * Assist in the proper execution of occupational health procedures and documentation, supporting periodic medical examination tracking and employee referrals to the company’s contracted clinic; * Assist in corporate events, providing support across all stages—from vendor contracting to event completion. * Support the inventory control of infrastructure assets not managed by the Information Technology department by updating the inventory spreadsheet, aiming to allocate resources according to company needs; * Assist in the distribution, exchange, and receipt of equipment and tools required for employees’ daily activities; * Request motorcycle courier services as needed by departments and track related orders.
