We are looking for a PCP Assistant with a focus on Logistics to support the control and organization of our production and delivery processes, ensuring everything happens on time, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This person will be fundamental in bridging production, procurement, finance, sales, and logistics, helping to transform orders into well-executed deliveries. Key responsibilities: \- Support Production Planning and Control (PCP), monitoring orders from release through to final delivery. \- Organize and monitor shipments, pickups, and deliveries (motorcycle couriers, freight carriers, and postal services). \- Verify materials ready for shipment, quantities, customizations, and deadlines. \- Issue and verify shipping labels, waybills, delivery notes, and other logistics documents. \- Manage delivery spreadsheets, tracking information, and order status. \- Support freight quotation processes and ensure optimal cost-effectiveness. \- Record and monitor logistics incidents. \- Maintain constant communication with production, sales, and finance teams. \- Ensure internal process organization and compliance.
