




Job Summary: Prepare and finish main dishes, side dishes, and main course options, applying cooking methods and food quality standards, in compliance with established regulations and procedures. Prepare pre\-preparations, preparations, and finalizations of main dishes, side dishes, and main course options, applying cooking methods and food quality standards, ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with established regulations and procedures. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities * Assist the team in pre\-preparing and preparing meals, desserts, and salads, assigning tasks and guiding on raw material quantities to ensure quality and standardization. * Guide official staff on quantities of products used in preparing rice, beans, and side dishes, monitoring the preparation process. * Assist in receiving goods, verifying invoices, product quality, and temperatures of frozen and refrigerated items. * Support weekly inventory checks (dry, refrigerated, perishable, non-perishable, disposable, and fresh produce), reporting movements to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare coffee and tea upon request, refilling bottles as needed. * Support raw material procurement requests according to the menu, completing purchase orders and submitting them for approval. * Daily complete service requisition spreadsheets indicating quantities of raw materials used. * Support menu planning by suggesting recipes based on practicality and customer acceptance. * Maintain dish presentation and conduct taste tests of preparations. * Monitor meal distribution at the counter, ensuring replenishment, cleanliness, organization, and consistency throughout the shift. * Serve customers during meals, observing individual preferences to ensure satisfaction. * Perform pre\-preparation of beef, pork, poultry, and fish according to specified weights, completing control charts. * Count meats and frozen/refrigerated products, completing inventory spreadsheets. * Ensure proper storage conditions for stored food items. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area and utensils per hygiene regulations. * Monitor food waste using control spreadsheets. * Measure temperatures of equipment such as refrigerators and freezers. * Report irregularities in merchandise quality or equipment maintenance needs. * Use PPE correctly and maintain its condition. * Comply with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. * Maintain equipment and utensils used. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.326,88 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to Itaúna or Pará de Minas?
