Data Analysis: Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Creating and tracking KPIs to assess process and team efficiency. Proficiency in BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R). Experience handling and extracting data from large volumes. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Analytical capability and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the financial, real estate, or insurance sectors. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling. Experience with ETL tools and cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). **Behavioral Competencies:** Ability to communicate complex ideas as actionable insights clearly and assertively—both to team members and non-technical stakeholders.
