If you identify with this opportunity, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your challenges will include:** * Analyzing contractual balances, measurements, deadlines, and financial forecasts; * Supporting managers in the strategic interpretation of contracts and their implications; * Developing and maintaining managerial dashboards in Power BI; * Structuring analytical and executive reports to support decision-making; * Ensuring traceability and organizational documentation of contracts; * Monitoring financial and operational KPIs; * Identifying contractual risks and supporting the development of action plans; * Ensuring continuous updates to databases; * Handling information with a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field (contractual control, financial analysis, planning, or related areas); * Advanced Power BI skills; * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis); * Experience in contract analysis, measurements, and forecasting; * Proficiency in organizing and managing technical and contractual documentation. **What We Expect From You:** * Strong analytical and structuring capabilities; * Ability to work autonomously; * Discipline; * Sense of urgency and responsibility; * Professional maturity and ethical conduct; * Objective and direct communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Postgraduate degree in Controllership; * MBA in Finance; * Residency in Itatiaiuçu-MG and/or surrounding region. **Additional Information** * On-site work schedule of 44 (forty-four) hours per week; * 100% on-site; * CLT employment regime; * Remuneration to be negotiated; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Health assistance; * Health plan with statewide coverage (National Urgency and Emergency), co-payment based, extendable to dependents (spouse and minor children); * Dental plan; * Wellhub + Conexa Saúde (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance; * Transportation.
