In this role, you will organize and maintain company environments, directly contributing to smooth operations and everyone's well-being. Your main responsibilities will include: * Cleaning and maintaining flower beds, courtyards, gutters, and ditches. * Performing manual and mechanical weeding using a brush cutter. * Conducting minor hydraulic repairs. * Sweeping and cleaning the courtyard manually or with a leaf blower. * Performing daily preventive and corrective repairs and maintenance. * Properly using PPE and following safety regulations. * Ensuring overall organizational order across company environments. Requirements: For this position, we seek a candidate who: * Is available Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM. * Is proactive, dedicated, and committed.
