Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and managing preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, preparing managerial reports, and analyzing departmental processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive fleet maintenance management 2. Logistics process analysis and optimization 3. Preparation of managerial performance reports Responsibilities: * Control and management of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Responsible for fleet mobilization and demobilization, documentation, accessories, and equipment; * Preparation of managerial reports focusing on performance indicators, fuel consumption, tires, and fleet washes; * Analysis and mapping of departmental processes, applying a set of management tools; * Maintenance budget analysis; * Approval of mechanical workshop service providers in strategic regions; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields * ERP system proficiency * Intermediate Office suite skills * Function-specific knowledge * Availability to work in Itatiaiuçu/MG * Willingness to travel Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
