**Job Description:** * Provide functional and technical support for SAP Business One, resolving day-to-day incidents and ensuring system stability and availability. * Analyze internal processes and propose improvements, customizations, and automations in SAP B1 to enhance operational efficiency. * Gather and analyze business area requirements, translating functional needs into technical solutions aligned with SAP Business One. * Develop and implement enhancements, reports, queries, and configurations in SAP B1. * Collaborate closely with business areas, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the ERP meets corporate objectives. **Required Behavioral and Technical Skills:** * Analytical ability and an integrated understanding of business processes * Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills with both technical and business teams * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement * Organization and efficient management of multiple tasks * Functional and technical expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server and/or SAP HANA) * Proficiency in development, customizations, and documentation of ERP solutions **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1). * Knowledge of SQL Server and/or SAP HANA. * Experience in development and customizations within SAP B1. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Crystal Reports or BI tools integrated with SAP. * Experience in SAP B1 implementation or upgrade projects. * Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and business teams.
