




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting quotations, negotiations, and tracking international purchase orders, managing import operations and supplier relationships. Collaboration with logistics, finance, and tax departments * Conduct quotations and negotiations with international suppliers * Issue and track overseas purchase orders * Analyze commercial proposals, delivery timelines, payment terms, and logistics arrangements * Support contract management and supplier relationship management * Monitor import processes in coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers * Verify import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, etc.) * Ensure compliance with foreign exchange, tax, and customs regulations * Update internal controls, spreadsheets, and systems * Support cost control, timeline management, and departmental KPIs * Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and tax departments * Basic knowledge of import procedures * Familiarity with Incoterms, foreign exchange, and international logistics * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel) Additional Qualifications * **Intermediate or advanced English proficiency** * **Knowledge of TOTVS system** * Experience with ERP or international trade systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$8.650,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
